Software robots, or "bots," operate like humans and our understanding of them continue to rapidly evolve. During this session, the panel will explore experiences of three organizations now implementing intelligent automation solutions.

Provide a basic understanding of: 

-Intelligent automation and the three classes within that spectrum that will revolutionize the business of government and work of the accountability profession

-The benefits of beginning the intelligent automation journey in earnest

-The challenges and the myths surrounding intelligent automation

-The importance of governance and business cases that include a proof of concept

-The strategies deployed by leading agencies that have already embarked on the intelligent automation journey.
