Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has found its way into the government. This session will discuss how federal agencies are currently using RPA and the potential for leveraging cognitive automation and artificial intelligence as the next steps in the intelligent automation process.
To increase understanding of how RPA achieves efficiencies by eliminating non-value-adding routine activities. Further, to reveal a path as to how Cognitive Automation and Artificial Intelligence can be used to achieve additional efficiencies.
