Description

As the workforce changes (e.g., from baby boomers to millennials, changes in the mix of job types, etc), is the Federal recruitment process keeping up?   How can we be a more competitive employer?  What can we do within the current structure to recruit/retain top finance talent? 

  • • Describe the current hiring processes within the federal government • Describe the government compensation structure and the significant variations from the private sector compensation structure • Identify incentives that the federal government can use to successfully compete for talented employees • Learn how to use succession planning as a countermeasure to offset the increased retirements
