Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a fixture in our daily lives, from public safety and health care initiatives to the environment.  The economic impact of AI is expected to grow from $12 billion to $58 billion by 2021. This session will help auditors understand current trends in AI, how it is being used and ways to address AI in their work.

  • • Understand current trends in AI and implications for government operations; • See how AI is currently used in government operations; • Learn the role of auditors related to AI and an approach to providing assurance; and • Learn how auditors can use AI in their work.
