Across the federal, state and local government landscape, it is common to maintain an area with a central component (e.g., finance, procurement, HR). Often though these functions are duplicated at the agency or unit level. During this session, learn ways to reduce costly redundancy and duplication in our technology-driven era.                        

  • * Learn how to establish a business transformation program * Identify opportunities to eliminate redundancy in processes and organizations * Examine how leading commercial and public sector organizations have tacked this issue * Understand what does and doesn't work in public sector bureaucratic reform
