Description

Business process re-engineering (BPR) has been utilized for more than 25 years with mixed results. Design Thinking, or "Service Design,” engages an organization's leadership and staff to co-create processes to improve customer service. This session will explore if design thinking can succeed where BPR has not.

  • Learn how to use Design Thinking principles and tools for your process improvement efforts by examining a mix of commercial and public sector success stories.
