How can organizations and leaders build and leverage diversity in their organizations? Panelists discuss strategies to tap individual strengths and create more unified, collaborative teams. This session will focus on the advantages of diversity and inclusion, along with best practices for effective program implementation.

Learning Objective:
  • A diverse workforce offers many benefits, such as new perspectives, innovations and boosts in creativity. Simply assembling a diverse workforce may not manifest such outcomes. Instead, leaders must make an effort to harness individuals’ strengths to create cohesive, agile teams.
