Lealan Miller CGFM, CPA

Lealan Miller has more 25 years of experience performing audits and providing other services in the state and local government industry. He is a partner with Eide Bailly LLP, a top 20 accounting firm and is the Director of the Government Services Group which oversees the audit process, training and implementation of accounting and auditing standards for all governmental and yellow book audits firm wide. Lealan serves as an instructor for various training sessions, including governmental accounting, financial accounting and auditing updates, fraud, and auditing standards. Lee has been a member of AGA since May of 1996. He has been actively involved in the Idaho Centennial Chapter over the years serving as the Treasurer and President as well as other positions. He has also served as Regional Vice President and as a Regional Coordinator for various areas. On the national level he was the Senior Vice President of Section III serving on the National Executive Committee. He also served on the National Budget and Finance Committee and the Policy and By-Laws Committee. Lee is currently the Chair of the Financial Management Standards Board which is also AGA’s GASAC representative. Lealan is involved with several outside organizations including the AICPA and the Idaho Society of CPA’s.
