Mr. Bill Colbert CPA

Mr. Colbert is currently a leader of our Government & Public Sector Financial Management Consulting practice. He specializes in assisting clients with the business process improvement, standardization and consolidation initiatives — platforms that are enabled via the design and deployment of ERP and other technology. He has more than 30 years’ experience helping client organizations implement, improve and advance finance transformation programs, many of which were enabled by the implementation of ERP systems, and he has led more than 40 ERP implementation programs across many of the major ERP products. He has also directed our global ERP network, building and leading the firm’s global ERP business. Bill has assisted both commercial and government clients with the implementation and adoption of RPA technologies — helping to make their business processes more efficient and effective.

During his career, Bill has served as an advisor to several technology vendors where he provided advice and insights on developing industry-specific systems. He has been recognized by the Association of Management Consulting Firms with the 2014 Spotlight Award for Value and Excellence in Consulting for Developing Markets for Finance Transformation, Shared Services and Financial Management Systems (Oracle) implementation work with a notable commercial logistics client.

Bill holds a BS, Accounting and Information Systems, from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia.
