Eric Heffernan

Eric Heffernan brings over 15 years of
consulting experience in the public sector supporting our client’s efforts to
improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness. He leads our
public sector organizational transformation practice, which designs and
implements innovative solutions to solve operational, organizational, and
workforce challenges.
He has served clients across government, including at the Department of
Transportation, Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation, General Services
Administration, and the Department of Defense. Mr. Heffernan holds both a
Bachelor of Arts and Master in Business Administration degree from Virginia
Tech.
