Leroy Larkins

Leroy Larkins serves as the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Process Improvement and Audit Readiness for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role he provides leadership and expertise in managing business process reengineering and implementing department-level corrective action plans for the financial statement audit. Mr. Larkins has over 24 years of federal financial management experience and has lead high-visibility initiatives with VA and the Department of Treasury including the Veterans Affairs Time and Attendance System, Federal Agency Migration Evaluation and the Intragovernmental Transformation Project.
