Beryle Randall
Director, Workforce Development, U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Mr. Randall is currently the Director of the Workforce Development Division (WDD) at the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (DHS/OCFO). From the outset of his service, his focus has been on developing comprehensive and complementary training and development programs targeting leadership competencies, workplace skills, and technical competencies. Beryle built from scratch a centralized training program servicing 13 DHS agencies, as well as programs on mentoring, rotations, IDPs, Annual Awards, and an Annual Training Conference.
Previous to his time at DHS, Beryle held the position of Chief for Strategic Planning and Resource Development at the Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA/FAS) where he managed multiple strategic planning processes, as well as diverse human capital and employee training programs.
