William R. Horwitz

William R. Horwitz is an attorney with the law firm, Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. For over 20 years, Bill has advised employers with regard to work-related issues, and defended employers in litigation in state and federal courts. Bill defends employers against a wide range of claims including allegations of sexual harassment, whistleblowing, retaliation, and disability and race discrimination, and breach of contract. He also has extensive experience litigating wage and hour class and collective actions throughout the country. Additionally, employers retain Bill, a former prosecutor with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, to conduct investigations of alleged workplace misconduct.
