Hon. David Buckley

David is a managing director in KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice, leading the Risk Strategy and Compliance practice, specializing in policy, security, investigations, forensic and risk mitigation strategies concerning fraud, waste, abuse and related matters. David assists clients with Enterprise Risk Management, Insider Threat, Fraud Risk Management, Third Party Risk and Due Diligence mitigation in supply chain and forensic investigative support. He has over 40 years of professional experience conducting and leading investigations, examining public policy and conducting audits, evaluations, and regulatory inspections of federal programs and related matters. He has testified in federal criminal courts and before U.S. congressional committees. Before joining KPMG, David served as the Inspector General of the Central Intelligent Agency for over four years. David is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Security Policy Reform Committee and the Insider Threat Subcommittee and served as a FACA member of the Department of Veterans Affairs Prevention of Fraud, Waste and Abuse Advisory Committee.
