Mr. Jim McKay MBA, CICA, CGMS

Mr. McKay is a Senior Principal at ManTech International where he leads the company’s grants management practice. Jim is a subject matter expert in grants management, internal controls, and financial management. His career spans nearly 40 years including service as a Federal Inspector General and Deputy Comptroller where he managed the Office of Justice Program’s $30B grant portfolio. Jim is also the co-author of the 2018 Grants Management Body of Knowledge Guide.
