Andrew, a KPMG partner, works in KPMG’s federal audit practice and focuses on supporting government agencies in the justice and security sector. Andrew is AGA's Past National Treasurer, and a former member of AGA’s National Governing Board. He an Executive Fellow in KPMG’s Government Institute, and is a former adjunct professor at GWU. He is a past president of AGA's Montgomery/PG Chapter, a Past Capital Region Vice President, and a past chairman of the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s Federal Issues and Standards Committee.
