Ms. Cynthia R. Montgomery has over 20 years of federal government experience in grants, finance, budget and contracts. She joined the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), Department of Agriculture, in July 2013, as a member of the Senior Executive Service, as the Deputy Director of the Office of Grants and Financial Management. Ms. Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Public Administration. She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute (FEI), “Leadership for a Democratic Society” and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, “National Preparedness Leadership Initiative” and the National Emergency Management Executive Academy.
