Bryan Nelms CPA

Bryan Nelms is a Principal at Kearney & Company. He has more than 10 years of accounting and audit experience, including financial statement audit and examinations for several Department of Defense (DoD) components and commercial entities within employee benefit, construction and real estate industries. Additionally, he has provided consulting services such as audit remediation and operational support for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and other Civilian agencies, and has participated in various research projects with the DoD Office of the Inspector General and U.S. Government Accountability Office to develop white/position papers and discuss best practices for DoD and Civilian agencies. Bryan most recently was elected as President of the Charleston, South Carolina AGA chapter. He holds his B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Virginia, as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
