Tim Soltis CPA, CISA

As Deputy Controller, Mr. Soltis serves as a senior member of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) management team supporting the President's Management Agenda (PMA) across multiple Cross Agency Priority (CAP) goals and in providing policy to the federal financial management and financial assistance communities to support their mission, service, and stewardship responsibilities. He also provides leadership to OMB's statutory Office of Federal Financial Management (OFFM) across a diverse financial management portfolio and on major initiatives. Mr. Soltis also routinely engage key stakeholders within OMB and across the federal government and external stakeholders on a variety of financial management related issues.
