Natalie Fikes knows a winner when she sees one. In 2001, Natalie discovered her "inner winner", transforming herself from a disgruntled, disengaged employee who struggled with interpersonal skills to a top sales and service consultant, trainer and sales manager. In 2003, Natalie became the youngest, African American female in management to take a team of mid to low performing consultants to the top of the sales district.

In 2013, Natalie founded Code Next Generation, a community organization that transitions youth to adulthood and equips them to discover, release and maximize their potential. In 2015 she was recognized as John Maxwell's Top 100 Leaders. Natalie is a highly sought after emcee, speaker, coach, consultant, actress and the #1 Best-Selling Author of Empowered To Prosper: Discover How To Become The Woman You Were Created To Be. Her greatest accomplishment to date has been unleashing the inner winner in her two purpose driven son's Elijah and Jayden.

Natalie is passionate about causes that include sex-trafficking, homelessness, foster care and juvenile recidivism and is a dedicated volunteer and mentor dedicated to "the underdog". She is the former Central Region Manager for the International Association of Women (IAW), the largest professional networking organization for women.
