Gary Stroupe

Gary Stroupe is a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Biometric Identification and Analysis Unit of the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division. In his current role, Mr. Stroupe manages the analytical component of the evaluation of fingerprints submitted to the FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) System. He also leads the FBI’s altered biometric identification effort. Mr. Stroupe has managed multiple entities within the FBI’s Biometric Services Section, including its customer service group and its technical liaison unit. He was also the Biometric Services Section’s lead on the retirement of the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), and deployment of the NGI System.
