Kathy Hill
Director, Risk Management & Compliance, FEMA OCFO
Ms. Kathy Hill currently serves as the Director for Risk Management & Compliance within FEMA's Office of the Chief Financial Officer. She has over 20 years of experience in government service, with the last 7 being at FEMA leading internal control efforts. In this role, she drives the strategy for FEMA-wide internal control improvement, compliance, and risk management. She is known for her approach in collaborating with personnel across the DHS Components on an ongoing basis to integrate internal control efforts and enhance consistency across the Department.
Prior to FEMA Kathy has worked at Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Citizenship and Immigration Services and DHS HQ in various capacities. She is a graduate of the Harvard Senior Executive Fellows Program and graduated from St. Michael’s College in Vermont with a B.S. in Accounting.
