Mrs. Maggie Drye

Maggie Drye is the Director of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Business Oversight Program Integrity Office. The Program Integrity Office coordinates anti-FWA activities, working with designated offices within the VA Administrations; provides oversight, direction, and coordination for assessing fraud risks and tracking fraud trends; and completes annual fraud reporting required by the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019. The Program Integrity Office also conducts reviews, largely through the use of data analytics, to detect and ultimately prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; and serves on inter-agency working groups associated with fraud, waste, and abuse. Mrs. Drye joined the VA in 2000 as the Associate Director for Payroll Services at the Financial Services Center prior to moving to the Office of Business Oversight in 2003. Before joining the VA, Mrs. Drye worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Naval Audit Service. She is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership VA program and a 2010 graduate of the VA Senior Executive Candidate Development Program and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
