Melissa Reynard

After nearly 40 years of federal service, Melissa recently retired from the IRS where she served as ERM Director leading day-to-day ERM activities. She joined the Office of the Chief Risk Officer when it was established to implement and mature an ERM Program at IRS. During her tenure at the IRS, she served in a range of positions on both the compliance and service delivery sides of the organization. She currently serves on the RIMS Strategic ERM Advisory Board and is co-chair of the 2023 AFERM Summit.
