Randall Hendrickson

As the DCFO Mr. Hendrickson is the senior career official in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and is responsible for leading, managing, and implementing Departmental programs and policies for the CFO. The DCFO provides leadership and management in all aspects of internal operations for the OCFO, including staff functions, policy matters, financial operations and activities, and accounting. Within the Department the DCFO interfaces across organizations for budget formulation, internal controls, and business systems. Externally the DCFO interacts with Congress, the Office of Management and Budget, and other government agencies for financial matters on behalf of the Department. The DCFO the administration of corporate planning, programming, budgeting, and financial performance, as well as financial business systems. In doing so the DCFO converts policy and programmatic guidance into specific actions to meet the Department’s financial legal obligations. The DCFO also integrates the Department’s operational needs through the Working Capital Fund.
