Jim Palmisano

Jim currently serves as the Regional Manager for Department of Defense Application Sales at Oracle. Jim has helped the Department of Defense modernize their legacy information technology systems as well as successfully launch new capabilities over the past 20 years at Oracle. He prides himself in providing his customers world-class support in a sequestered and resource constrained environment. Jim is uniquely qualified to balance Oracle technology and applications with realistic solutions for the Department of Defense. Jim retired from the Air Force as a Colonel with over 29 years of service. He has completed deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Jim is a graduate of Air War College and Air Command and Staff College. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Air Force commission from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He also holds two Master of Art degrees in Hospital Administration and Information Systems. Jim and his family reside in Round Hill, Va.
