John Rich CGFM

John is currently a Director of Financial Management in GSA OCFO’s Office of PBS Financial Services. In this role he leads a team located in Ft. Worth, Kansas City, and Atlanta in support of the Public Buildings Service in 17 states across the southeastern US. Before this he was a Senior Advisor to the U.S. Chief Financial Officers Council where he coordinated development of government-wide policies to improve Federal financial management. John also spent over 10 years in GSA's Office of the Chief Financial Officer, holding various roles including Director of Financial Reporting and Executive Officer for the Office of Financial Policy and Operations.
