Evan Farley is the General Services Administration (GSA) Deputy CFO. His federal financial management career spans 25 plus years in positions such as the FEMA Budget Director and at the Office of Management and Budget. He is also a co-lead for the Chief Financial Officer Council’s “Shape the Workforce” initiative.
