Quimby is a Principal on the KPMG Federal Advisory team with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, change strategy and operations improvement. Quimby leads KPMG’s Customer & Operations Service solutions for the Federal industry. She applies business, operations, analytics and change strategy consulting expertise to understand complex public sector problems, design pragmatic solutions, and implement information technology initiatives such that changes that are adopted, embedded and sustained. She is a certified Lean Sigma Master Black Belt, Executive Coach, and professional facilitator with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certification.
