Mr. Allan Millington

Allan D. Millington is a United States Army veteran. He is currently the Director of Data Conversion and Business Intelligence for the Office of Financial Management Business Transformation Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has worked diligently for the VA for the past 11 years. Allan attended the State University of New York Polytechnical Institute, where he graduated with a B.S in Finance and Business Management and is now pursing his master’s in Cyber Security and Global Leadership Studies from National Defense University. In the February of 2014, Allan founded a nonprofit named Universal Kitchen to help feed and provide toiletries to homeless individuals and veterans in our nation’s Capital. Universal Kitchen's food program provides dinner on Friday through Sunday to veterans, the homeless and low-income people in the Washington, DC area.
