Beth Killoran is the Deputy CIO for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Prior to joining GSA, Beth was the CIO for the Department of Health and Human Services. Beth holds an MS in Technology Management from University of Maryland and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
