Sam Hunley is the Product Owner of the Research and Analytics team at the Fiscal Service in the Department of the Treasury. This team takes an Agile, multi-disciplinary approach to solving the data analytics related needs of the Fiscal Service. Sam has worked at Treasury since 2018, starting work as a data analyst and taking on the Product Owner role last year. Sam has a background in cognitive psychology, where he developed his analytical expertise. Before Treasury, Sam worked at the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service, where he assisted with nutrition education efforts and analyses of food orders.
