Brian Block

Brian Block is the Deputy Budget Director for the General Services Administration (GSA), where he oversees the budget formulation and execution of GSA’s approximately $30 billion budget. Besides overseeing GSA’s financial planning and analysis process, the Office of Budget serves as a financial advisor to GSA’s programs and assists with financial modeling, revenue forecasting, rate setting, and business case analysis. Prior to his current role at GSA, Brian had served in various financial and analytical roles within GSA’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Brian received his M.B.A. from the University of Georgetown and his undergraduate degree from the College of William of Mary. He currently lives in Falls Church, VA.
