Barbara Cooper-Jones

Barbara Cooper-Jones serves as Senior Vice President of the Office of Enterprise Data & Technology Solutions. Joining Ginnie Mae in November 2011, Ms. Cooper-Jones brings more than 35 years of experience in transforming information management environments and building long-term partnerships with business and technology stakeholders. In her current role as Chief Information Officer for Ginnie Mae, she is responsible for defining cloud, IT and information strategies and implementing enterprise information and mortgage loans/MBS technology solutions. Ms. Cooper Jones also is responsible for enabling project governance and related risk management, and ensuring infrastructure, cloud and technology directives and solutions align with Ginnie Mae’s cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.
