Vivi Tran-Chu
Director, Data Delivery and Management Division, GSA
As Director of Data Delivery and Management at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Tran-Chu is responsible for managing all financial data and reporting for financial and business communities at GSA. She also provides data integration and system mapping expertise in financial and business system modernization for the agency.
With 29 years of Federal financial management experience to include project management, accounting (AR/AP), budget, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, audits, analytics, acquisition, strategic planning, and business process improvements, Ms. Tran-Chu has spent most of her career at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer leading many major financial and business system integration initiatives with the most recent being the Digital Accountability Transparency (DATA) Act reporting, G-Invoicing and the CARES Act reporting.
A graduate of the George Mason Universe in Accounting and Information System Management, Ms. Tran-Chu resides in Centreville, Virginia with her husband and two grown children.
