Mr. Shepherd Brown PMP,CICA

Shepherd Brown is an Accountant in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Quality Assurance Division. He has over 17 years of experience providing financial management, risk management and policy support to federal and state government agencies. In his current role at NASA, Shepherd works on Enterprise Risk Management, Improper Payments, Statement of Assurance and serves as the OCFO liaison for the Senior Assessment Team. Prior to joining NASA, Shepherd supported agencies such as: Department of Housing and Urban Development; Department of Veteran Affairs; Department of Justice; NASA; Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
