Tom Cocozza is a Director in KPMG’s Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk practice with over 29 years of experience in federal financial management, enterprise risk management, business process re-engineering, program management, information technology, policy and training. He has supported civilian and defense agencies in building internal control, ERM, compliance, and information technology organizations. In addition to serving federal organizations externally, he supported management initiatives at the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget. He is an MBA in Finance, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Government Financial Manager
