Mr. Todd Baker CDFM

Todd Baker is the Director for the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Functional Management Office, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Management and Comptroller, Washington, D.C. He is responsible for the deployment of the Air Force’s core accounting system and serves as the primary SAF/FM representative to the DEAMS Program Management Office. His office leads the agile planning, user acceptance testing, training, and fielding of software releases to guarantee DEAMS provides quality solutions based on user needs and emerging requirements. He also oversees implementing and asserting to an effective DEAMS internal control environment over general and business process controls.
