Nichole Gable is a Principal at Kearney & Company and serves as the Deputy Director of Kearney’s Emerging Technology practice. She is focused on integrating technology solutions into Federal Government audit, business processes, and internal controls to achieve not only compliance, but better outcomes. Nichole has spent more than a dozen years helping the Federal Government leverage technology and drive innovation to this effect, having previously worked for Army Audit Agency and DoDIG. She specializes in solutions development – combining her knowledge of private sector best practices with her knowledge of the public sector - focusing on data analytics, robotic process automation, internal controls, and forensic auditing. Her solutions have won numerous awards and accolades.
