Kathy Davis has been with the Secretary of State Audits Division for over 9 years as an auditor. She has worked on multiple financial and performance audits and has done extensive data analysis. Kathy has assisted investigations of allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse of state funds. She has also assisted in several fraud cases that resulted in convictions.
