Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is a senior financial programs analyst at the United States Patent & Trademark Office. In this capacity, Ms. Brown serves as an advisor to the CFO, specializing in financial communications and strategic program management. Prior to joining the USPTO, Ms. Brown entered government service as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of Budget at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Ms. Brown has a Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University and a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Certificate in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University.
