Abena Apau has a Masters in Business Adminitrastion (MBA) from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Virginia. Abena has served as the Customer Experience Officer for the USDA’s Farm Production and Conservation Mission area (FPAC) since 2019. In this key role, Abena supports America’s farmers, producers, and forest managers by leading efforts to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of customer-facing programs, policies, and processes across the four FPAC agencies. Abena’s professional experience, in both the private and public sectors, has always focused on improving the human experience.
