Adil Gulamali

Adil serves as the Environmental Protection Agency’s Deputy Controller and oversees its financial, risk, and audit management programs. Prior to joining EPA, Adil was the Chief Financial Officer of the Surface Transportation Board formerly under Department of Transportation (DoT) and previously served as an auditor for both DoT and the Department of Defense-Office of Inspector General. In these roles, Adil directed the day to day financial management operations, developed agency policies and procedures for financial management, internal controls, facilities, human resources, information technology, and data management. Adil also served as the Co chair of the U.S. Small Agency Council-Finance Committee where he represented 100 Federal small and independent agencies where he enhanced coordination and sharing of information with CFO Act agencies.
