Adrienne Young

Ms. Young, a 2022 Meritorious Presidential Rank Award recipient and member of the Senior Executive Service, serves as the Comptroller for the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) for the Department of Labor. With over 33 years of federal financial management experience, she’s responsible for managing the agency’s accounting/financial and budget activities that include budget formulation/execution, Enterprise Risk Management, internal controls/risk management, and financial operations. In addition to her specialized experience ensuring the financial integrity of the agency, she has brought effective leadership, vision, technical competence, and valuable connections to ETA fostering an inclusive environment of independent thinkers all rallying to accomplish the mission of ETA. Her motto might be: Figure it out, Find its Flaws, and Fix It.
