Alfred Robinson PhD

Dr. Alfred (Al) Robinson serves as the Senior Training Advisor at the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, he advises senior executives on the Global Learning Management System Enterprise-wide for classroom instructions and computer base training for multiple systems in one hundred and forty plus countries. Previously, he served as the Chief of Personnel for the Air Force Element, Chief of the Essential Personnel Services for the Defense Attaché Services, J1 Chief for DoD in Afghanistan. Prior to DoD, Dr. Robinson served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and Talent Acquisition Manager on Capitol Hill. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after twenty-one years as a senior non-commissioned officer and he completed his post graduate studies at Walden University and his graduate studies at Central Michigan University. He has certifications in Human Resources, Lean Six Sigma and as a Special Security Officer.
