Alicia Allen

Alicia is a CPA and CMA (Certified Management Accounting) with experience in cost model development, anti-money laundering, software implementation, process documentation/improvement, unit costing, and gap analysis. Alicia uses her experience as a management accountant to help clients create robust, business processes to support high-quality internal and external reporting in addition to sufficient cost recovery and executive data views via dashboards. She also performs an data suitability analysis and provides a full gap analysis with recommendations to increase efficiency and accuracy. Alicia participates on the Managerial Cost Accounting Solution (MCAS) within Census, an activity-based costing platform used to improve cost transparency and data-driven decision-making across the agency.
