Allen Devine CGFM

Allen B. Devine, CGFM, CISA, CPA, is a managing director in KPMG’s federal audit practice. For over 18 years he’s provided financial statement audit, attestation and advisory services to federal agencies, local governments and nonprofits. In addition, he’s served for two years on rotation with the KPMG United Kingdom member firm providing audit services to public sector entities and for ten years as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University. His is a member of AGA’s Washington D.C. Chapter, and the AGA Corporate Partner Advisory Group – Accounting & Auditing Committee. Allen is an executive fellow of the KPMG Government Institute.
