Allison Carlock

Alli Carlock is the Senior Advisor for the Individual Assistance Division in FEMA’s Recovery Directorate. In this role, she guides divisional operations, advises IA leadership, and manages division-wide portfolios. Previously, she has served in various leadership positions within FEMA’s Recovery and Preparedness Directorates, a US Presidential Management Fellow on detail with FEMA’s National Exercise Division and the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management, and a Legislative Aide to the Maryland Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr. Alli holds a Masters of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland College Park, and resides in Maryland with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her kids and is an eager DIY crafter and runner.
