Amanda Seese

Amanda Seese is the Acting Principal Director for Mission Strategy and Product Development at the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC), providing executive leadership and strategic direction for the PRAC’s four main mission directorates, including the Offices of the Chief Data Officer, Oversight and Accountability, Outreach and Engagement, and Transparency, all which produce critical and coordinated oversight for more than $5 trillion in pandemic funding. Prior to joining the PRAC, Amanda spent nearly 12 years at the Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General, serving in variety of roles including Chief of Staff and Assistant Inspector General for Strategic Communications and Programs. Amanda also served at the Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program and the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She has over 17 years of experience in federal oversight, accountability, and transparency.
