Amelia Hilliker
Director, Program Integrity Section, Indiana Family and Services Administration
Amelia Hilliker is a lifelong Hoosier and state employee. In 2018 she began working in the Indiana Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning as the Audit Manager for Program Integrity and a year later became the Program Integrity Section Director. For the last ten years, she has worked for the State of Indiana in various positions including Policy and Compliance in the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services and Deputy Attorney General for professional licensing cases. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in 2007 and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2014, both from Indiana University.
